As a frequent traveler from the charming state of Maine, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chapel View Cottage in the picturesque town of Beaminster in the beautiful Dorset region. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owners Jacqui and Chris, who have truly thought of every detail to make our stay perfect. the cottage itself was a delightful mix of modern amenities and old-world charm, with a cozy log burner in the living room and a sun-soaked garden that was perfect for enjoying evening drinks. the pet amenities provided were also a lovely touch, with treats, leads, and a big soft bed for our furry companion. the children particularly enjoyed the private garden, where they could enjoy a picnic lunch on the decking in the sun. The location of the cottage was ideal, just a short stroll away from the center of Beaminster with its quaint shops, pubs, and restaurants. We also took advantage of the nearby Hardy Way for some beautiful walks in the countryside. the accommodation itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, although it was a bit cozy for four adults. From the thoughtful amenities to the convenient location, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend Chapel View Cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of Dorset.
